Unenrolling a Client
When a client is no longer active in a client program, you can unenroll them. Delightful Labor will retain their entire enrollment and attendance/contact history, but the client will no longer appear as an active participant in the program.
To un-enroll a client, we again return to the client's record, expand the client services section, and click the magnifying glass icon () associated with their program enrollment:
Next we edit the enrollment record:
On the enrollment record, enter the enrollment end date, uncheck "Active in Client Program", and save the record:
After saving, we are returned to the client's enrollment log, and we see that the client is no longer active. Note that a client can be re-enrolled in a program as often as needed, but they can only have one active enrolled in any given client program at any given time.
