The Client Directory
Delightful Labor offers two client directories: by location or by client last name.
Client Directory by Location
To view your clients by location, select "Clients / Directory / By Location":
You will now see the clients for the first location. Note that only clients whose status allows them to be shown in the directory are displayed.
To include inactive clients, click the checkbox, select your location from the drop-down lists, and click the "Select Locations" button:
Inactive clients will be displayed in gray:
Client Directory by Last Name
You can also view your clients by last name. To see this directory, select "Clients / Directory / By Client Last Name":
Initially you will see the active clients whose last name begins with "A". From here you can link to the client record or any sponsorships associated with the client.
To view inactive clients in the directory, click the link "Show inactive clients":
Inactive clients are displayed in gray. Note that you can still visit the client's record, even if they are inactive.
To view clients whose last name begins with a different letter, select the letter from the links at the top.
To view clients whose last name does not begin with "A" through "Z", click the "#" link:
