Event Schedule
You can view a list of your upcoming or past events by selecting "Volunteers / Events / Event Schedule (list)":
You will see all current and future events. A current or future event is any event that has at least one shift on the current date or the future. From this display you can link to the event record.
You can view all the volunteer assignments by clicking the view icon (
) in the column labed "Scheduled Vols":
You will now see a handy reference, sorted by event date, of all the event shifts and volunteer assignments for the selected event:
You can also view past events (events where all shifts are in the past) by clicking the link shown below:
