Volunteer Hours by Year
Delightful Labor provides a report to summarize volunteer hours by year. From this report, you can also drill-down to review detailed volunteer hours by month.
This report provides information about scheduled and unscheduled volunteer activities (scheduled activities and associated with events and event shifts).
To run this report, select "Reports / Predefined / Volunteers / Volunteer Hours by Year":
Next, select the year and click "Run Report":
You will now see the annual volunteer hours, by month. To view details for any given month, click the view icon (
).
Here is a detailed monthly volunteer activity report. You can also export this report as a CSV file.
From this report you can link to the volunteer record:
For scheduled activities, you can link to the event record:
You can also link to the record that defines the shift and schedule:
For unscheduled activities, you can edit the activity record:
Summary Report, By Volunteer
If you need to see volunteer totals by year, this report will come in handy. Check the "Summary, by Vol" checkbox before running the report:
You will now see a report that lists the cumulative volunteer hours, by volunteer, for the year you selected.
To see the details for any given volunteer for that year, click on the view icon:
