Volunteer Hours (Scheduled)
Delightful Labor provides a report to help you review volunteer hours for scheduled events. To run this report, select "Reports / Predefined / Volunteers / Volunteer Hours (Scheduled)". Note that you can also see an individual volunteer's complete volunteer history (including logged hours) from the volunteer record (more details here).
You will now see the report options menu. You can enter your time frame and if you would like your report grouped by event or by volunteer. In this example, we will group by event.
Here is a sample report output. From here we can link to the volunteer record, the people record, or to a drill-down report showing the hours for a specific volunteer at a specific event.
Here we will take a look at the drill-down report for Nancy Ambrosia / Daily Office Support:
We now see the shifts she worked and the logged hours.
Now let's run the same report, but grouped by volunteer:
We see our report output. We can still link to the volunteers, events, and to the drill-down report.
