Event Schedule Report
When reviewing past or upcoming events, you can use the volunteer past/current/future events report. This report provides information about events, shifts, and assigned volunteers.
In this example, we will review current and future events by selecting "Reports / Predefined / Volunteers / Current and Future Events":
We are presented with a form that shows all current and future events. We select the events we are interested in, then click "Run Report":
Now we see the event schedule report. The information is sorted by event, then event date, then shift, and finally by the volunteers assigned to the shift.
This report is also available for export as a CSV file.
The export file contains a wealth of information - details for each event, each date, each shift, and each assigned volunteer. You can use this file in mail merges to inform volunteers of upcoming assignments.
