Image/Document Tag Report
Delightful Labor has a report that will help you organize your images and documents. To access this report, select "Reports / Predefined / Images/Documents / Overview":
You will now see a summary of your image and document library. In addition, all the tags for your various parent records are enumerated:
Document tags are also enumerated:
If we wish to view all the images (or documents) with a given tag, we click on the magnifying glass (
) next to the tag:
We now see the images that are associated with this tag. You can link to the parent record, view the image or document, and update the image/document properties:
