Account Types

You can assign Delightful Labor account to one of three types: Admin, User, or Volunteer. When creating or editing a user account, you can select the basic account type.

Admin Users

Select "Administrator" to create or change an account to admin. You'll notice that there are no additional settings for this account type. This is because the admin has full access to all the features of Delightful Labor.

Standard Users

When clicking on the account type "User", you will notice a variety of permissions that can be applied to the account. When all permissions are checked, the user has access to all Delightful Labor features, with the exception of the Admin-only sections.

You may have situations where you do not want users to have access to you people's donation history, or client information, or the full range of reports. You can achieve this by the proper selection of permissions.

Note that the ability to export is very powerful. An unscrupulous user could easily obtain your entire donor database and their donation history, so you may want to consider this when granting permissions.
