Sponsors Via Program
You can view your sponsors based on what sponsorship program they are participating in. To view this report, select "Reports /Predefined / Sponsors / Sponsors Via Program":
You will now see the options menu for this report. You can select the specific sponsorship program, and also indicate if you would like to see inactive sponsorships. When ready, click the "Run Report" button:
Here is a sample report output. A couple of things to notice:
- Inactive sponsorships are shown in gray
- From this report, you can link to the sponsorship record, the sponsor's people or business record, and the client record.
- If the client is not set for the sponsorship, you will see a link that allows you to chose a client.
- You can also export this report as a CSV file.
