Sponsorship Past-Due Report
You can find the sponsors that are past due in their sponsorship payments. To run this report, select "Reports / Predefined / Sponsors / Payment Past Due":
You will now see the options available for this report.
The past due duration is calculated on a per sponsorship basis, since each sponsorship can have a custom commitment amount.
You can optionally include inactive sponsorships in this report. Note that when a sponsorship becomes inactive, it stops accruing charges from the automated monthly charge utility, but you way wish to see the balance due of these accounts.
Here is the sample output of the past due report. Note that inactive sponsorships are displayed in gray.
