User Accounts
When creating new user accounts for Delightful Labor, you will select one of three account types. These account types are "Admin", "User", and "Volunteer". Each account type provides a certain inherent accessibility; you can further refine the features of "User" and "Volunteer" accounts through individual permission settings.
- Admin - full access to all features of Delightful Labor, including admin-only features like managing user accounts, database maintenance, and access to the personalization features.
- User - a user account can potentially access all features of Delightful Labor except those restricted to the admin. However, by setting individual permissions, you can restrict individual user accounts from viewing donations, sponsors, clients, and other areas of the program.
- Volunteer - a volunteer account is restricted to viewing (and in some cases editing) of their own personal information. Additional restrictions can be applied to volunteer accounts that limit their ability to view donation history, volunteer schedules, etc.
