Attributed To
As you enter various records in your database, you can assign who the contact, sponsorship, or donation is attributed to. This does not necessarily have to be a staff member, but may be a community contact, your web site, or a marketing campaign. You can find more information about managing your Attributed To list here.
To view a report of a count of attributed contacts, select ""Reports / Predefined / Miscellaneous / Attributed To":
Here is a sample report output. As we suspected, Sally the Intern keeps Go Freedonia afloat!
Under each category (people, donations, etc) we can click on the view icon (
) to get a detailed report of the records attributed to that person.
