Birthday Report
If your organization likes to acknowledge your clients' birthdays, this Delightful Labor report will come in handy. With the client birthday report, you can find all the client birthdays within a given month, either for a specific client location or for all locations.
To run this report, select "Reports / Predefined / Clients / Birthday Reports":
You can now select the location and the birthday month. In this example, we will search among all clients. Note that a client must be active (i.e. status allows them to appear in the directory) for them to appear in the report.
Here is our sample report of clients with a birthday in September:
You can also export this report as a CSV file. This is useful if you wish to create a mail merge to wish your clients a happy birthday, or if you wish to inform the sponsors that their clients have an upcoming birthday.
You can also run the birthday report for a specific location. In this example, we will find the upcoming September birthdays at the Easton West Home:
