Auction Overview Report
The Auction Overview screen gives you a concise view of very aspect of your silent auction. You can access the overview from several locations. Here you can access the overview from the list of auction events ("More / Silent Auctions / Silent Auction Events"):

You can access the overview from the auction record:
From the auction overview, you can:
- View, edit, or delete the auction record
- View the auction details
- Add a new package to the auction
- Link to the default bid sheet for the auction
- View, edit, or delete package records
- View the pdf bid sheets for any package
- View and add items to any package
- Assign bid winners and record the fulfillment
- Expand the view for any package to get details about the individual items
